The coach is not good enough, Scotland should take a south hemisphere coach, like in 2015. In 2019 this coach lost 27-3 against the same Ireland. Now things have been a lot worse. A good coach wouldn't have defeated Ireland anyway, but at least the half time score wouldn't have been 26-0 (4 tries). Tier 2 teams or Italy, get so many tries in a single round. Ireland had mercy, and the final margin was just 22 points. It really looked a game between an independent rich country and a semi-independent poor country.

@@republicofhandball8815 what is he supposed to do he got them to 5th in the world Ireland just have better systems, academy and players. the Scottish under age system are just playing very far below their potential. But townsand doesn’t have the world class players to be able to beat the top three exams they are capable of getting to France though.

Gregor has done great things for scottish rugby, with clubs and they have produced some quality players. So he can walk away with his head held high.

Scotland (and Italy) are way off the mark and it’s a nonsense to keep calling them Tier 1 teams. With Townsend as coach they’ve made no meaningful progress at all that I can see despite the flattery they get.

What Schoeman did on that 'Off Pitch' (outside the remit of the TMO or Referee) incident, was absolutely nothing short of "Grievous Assault" he should be put behind bars and banned for life from even visiting a Rugby Union match. Shame on SRU, shame on WRC and shame on South Africa.

Sur ce match vous n'avez pas échappé non plus avec l'essai de keenan à la fin de la 1ère mi-temps validé alors qu'il y a 0 plan qui prouve qu'il marque, ou encore ce même joueur qui met le pied en touche, votre pillier qui pause ses 4 appuis au sol mais qui gagne la pénalité ( qui amène un essai ), bref, une équipe qui triche sans cœur. Honte à vous, l'Afrique du Sud et WR pour avoir signé un pacte pour faire passer vos 2 équipes après avoir merdé le tirage au sort en sacrifiant l'écosse avec un arbitrage dégueulasse dans les 2 matchs.

Sadly faces fit in the SRU . Certain people believe their own press and reflection in the mirror? I watch League and Union and I see a different attitude in Rugby League. An attitude that Andy Farral has brought to the Irish Rugby Union from his time in Rugby League.. its time to get rid of the usual faces that gaze at their own assumption in the mirror. Its a shame the referee let the foot in touch go and aloud the try that was held up shocking , Ireland would still of won but it leaves a bitter taste and high lights the inconsistencies in TMO and referees.
