When I was a little kid, something like 9, I heard my big brothers listening to Gregorian. I was like wow how beautiful music. Gregorian was the first band I really started to listen and for four years it was the only band I listened to. 9 years later it's still my favourite band and also my brothers' but we listen very different types of music (for example Mötley Crue), too. Yeah I think there's that family thing very often if you listen to gregorian :D

Kate Bush is one of the most influential female music artists of the 20th century. The woman started the whole alternative thing for female singers. From that, derived Tori Amos, PJ Harvey and many more. She is something like David Bowie with better legs :) So, do not spit on her work.

for all naysayers who said that Kate Bush sounded like a wailing witch back in 1978 when she released Wuthering Heights as her first single on EMI . Who is having the last laugh now ? She now owns and controls all the music she writes, produces and sings on. Who could get Oscar winners to appear in their videos in todays music market. Hands down the best male cover of any of her songs is Sam Ryder.
