no matter how much I research about pragmatism I just cant understand it well:/ one minute I understood another minute I got confused again :""(

What's the research you've done?

@@GregoryBSadler I have to do a creative presentation for my class in 10min about pragmatism but I don’t understand it enough to present it -its only true if it works - a method of settling metaphysical debates( I am not sure if I understood this well but what I did its like two different statements from a different point of view but choosing either one of them wont make a big difference ) - a cage that controls our thoughts as it make us think of the limits and benefits when choosing something and it help us grow - there is nothing true or false it either works or doesn’t work I don’t know if its because English is my second language it’s limiting me in understanding but I tired researching in my own language too its still confusing for me which one is right how do I go deep in explaining.....etc

@@SK-hi8se It sounds from what you'e writing here like you're relying on glosses rather than reading the available primary literature.

@@GregoryBSadler I did try reading the book but I couldn’t understand it wither in English or my language so I relayed on essays,papers, youtube and read anything I can find related other than the book and what I wrote here is what I can recall from all the research I did for few days so its a very small part of the whole research

@@SK-hi8se Well, I suppose in your situation, the best you can probably do for the presentation is to say "here's what I gather pragmatism means. I could be mistaken about it, but this is my best attempt at understanding it
