I DID N'T REALIZE IT IS SUCH A LONG PROCESS WITH SO MANY PEOPLE INVOLVED WHEN MAKING ARTISAN BLOWN GLASS . NOW , I SEE WHY IT'S EXPENSIVE . IT TAKES MUCH TIME AND SKILL .CONTINUALLY HEATING THE KILN MUST REQUIRE PLENTY OF FUEL , TOO . BEAUTIFUL !!

I was a child and one month in summer vacation worked in a glass factory, that's over 40 years ago in Iran. now, I see in another part of the world after so many years the technique is still the same. By all means you can call this gentleman is master.

That was interesting to watch! I wish this was available as an apprenticeship possibility in my region but sadly it isn't. You can watch glass makers live in Murano near Venice, Italy - and buy stunning pieces for a good price.
