Very enjoyable gentlemen. Might be worth getting a groundbait catapult that coarse anglers use. You can put balls of groundbait out a long way with them.

I did have a spod bomb which did work well but ive left it in the canaries for when I fish out there. I definitely need to purchase another one. Although the bream will hone in on ground bait from along way

I'm brand new to sea fishing and I haven't seen anyone shore fishing using "ground bait" but as a course angler of 40+ years it makes total sense.....if you needed to get them balls out further you could try a dog ball throwing thingy.....just a thought. Good vid and good banter.thanks

Most bream species react well to a bread chum mix in the water. The distance isn't essential as the tide and current takes the scent trail out and the bream will hone in on the source but conditions need to be right for the bream to be there in the first place and we were really against it with the crystal clear water. When I fish selsey i only use worm for the Bream but seems like the better fish fall to fish baits! I'll try this next time Great video really enjoyed it you've gained a another sub 👍
