I recently seen my ex by accident at the hospital and I didn’t feel anything. I felt a little nervous but I didn’t feel anything towards him & the rest of the day I felt some type of sadness and that’s when I realized that although it’s almost been 2 years after the break up ... he was my first real love. Yesterday I seen him at a party and the feeling of withdrawal was easy. I needed closure and never had it and decided to have that closure as of him not being around anymore but I realize it didn’t work, seeing him (accidentally) is what actually helped me find more and more closure. I never believed in a person having a person they’ll always have love for until it happened to me. If this is happening to you just know that although it’s been years, it’s okay to feel these things, cry it out ! The more you feel your feelings the more it helps that soul attachment to fade away 💕✊🏼
