ive been using garchomp ex for a while now and this just seems like better garchomp. It does 10 more damage and does 120 to TWO benched pokemon.

To Garchomp’s benefit, Garchom also accelerates energy to the bench, which Greninja does not. However, Garchomp accelerating to the bench hasn’t really amounted to anything in competitive play this far.

I was working on a Twilight Masquerade preview video and was surprised to see Boomerang energy is basically unplayed in Japan. limitlesstcg.com/cards/jp/SV5a/66/decklists/jp Literally only two results out of hundreds of tournaments. Seems like Greninja players are opting for Double Turbo energy instead.

I just purchased an ex battle deck. I havent played Pokemon for ages and wanted to teach a kid how to play. But the cards had a silver border. Back when I used to play, silver border cards weren't legal. Are the new ones legal now?

Going forward from Scarlet & Violet base set onward, all cards have silver borders to match Japan.
