In Cut2D, under help menu, see a shortcut list.

Hello , can you let us know which post proccesor did you use from the preset list and you modified ?! Thx

From memory I just used the generic Gcode PP. Although looking at it now, it does not have G2 or G3 arc moves which I would include for plasma use.

Can u share the post I use mach3
@Greolt3 жыл бұрын
My PP will not work for you. It utilizes macros from within my control software as well as customized fields in that software. See my other videos for a more general view of how I modified my PP. You must understand how YOUR control software and machine work together to do plasma cutting. Then modify the PP to provide those requirements.

After you create the file for cutting, what do you use on your plasma table? Sheet cam etc..

@@MrAtla5 Cut2D is used to create the gcode. No need for SheetCam etc.

@@Greolt very new to CNC work so getting very confused with what I see people doing, is. Create with inkscape or fusion 360, then sending it to sheet cam or myplasma, then through Mach 3 and so on, abit frustrating having to run though multiple programs, worked on sign writing, so would draw in signlab and send it to the cutter job done, I am building a small plasma cutter so looking for the simplest route to cut?, So if I follow your video create a g code, do I then just use universal gcode sender to talk to the machine, gbrl based board?, Thanks for the help and the video by the way 👍 great job
