Buco Pandan "The Other Way" | ChenKitchen

This is one of my favorite dessert, but it is hard to find fresh (Buko) young coconut here in Dubai so I tried to source alternative ingredients to make this Buco Pandan Dessert and it turn out so good but of course fresh buko is still the best. I miss Philippines!
