Also Alex and Meridith both have said over and over he's her (Person) and they do love each other but not (In Love) with each other. So I'm taking them at their word. Heard Richard was leaving after this season. Leave Tom for her. Its a better fit.. No chemistry what so ever between him and Mer..I'm sticking with Jackson. !oads of chemistry between them in season 14. Check it out. They haven't had many scenes so far this season. .
