Lovely walk, gorgeous scenery, and beautiful dog/ family - what more could you ask for? I DO hope that you give us a tour of Conway/ the castle, as well. Looks VERY interesting! (I know, I COULD just google-it, but, it Is MUCH more interesting/ satisfying, with a personal by-proxy tour.) Fairy "might" agree to such - with proper incentive/ reward... Had to LOL at Fairy & her dismissal of you when you only MENTIONED that her dinner was coming. Back to sleep (though, with more rapid breathing - same as my guy used to do). Fairy SURE HAS GOT *YOU* WELL-TRAINED, Lucie! (Ack! my big, toothy grin icon wouldn't post!) All the Best, from B.C., Canada! I'll bet Fairy would have found town more interesting if she'd had an ice cream---or does she not care for sweets? I was astonished that Fairy would rather sleep in than have breakfast---while I agree that morning is no time to be hustling about, my grey had NO problem getting up b/c...BREAKFAST!!! She was very food driven---obsessed you might say. She would have swum the English Channel for a piece of chicken. Fairy always looks so cozy in her "nest" of blankets. Mine hated having any blanket put on her---she liked to make a nest, but blankets for her were things she slept ON. She never seemed to be cold. Does Fairy roo? Mine did not, which was a bit disappointing, as I always enjoy a nice concert. How very well-behaved of Fairy not to chase the sheep!

Fairy is not a greedy dog and often leaves half her meal to go back to later! She will also refuse treats if very excited when she has spotted squirrels etc! She isn’t keen on ice cream, I have tried! She loves to be wrapped up in her many clothes and blankets. Fairy doesn’t roo but she whines a lot when she wants attention!

@@Fairythegreyhound I think it makes a BIG difference when there is another dog---I had a collie who would not touch a dry dog biscuit, until...we got another dog who was a hungry stray. Suddenly, those dog biscuits looked better to my collie! LOL!

I wondering if sugar is not good for dogs? I know there are a lot of human foods that dogs, & cats can not eat, they simply do not have the enzymes in their bodies to be able to digest them. :(
