The first part of the trilogy is about his drug addiction and saying he's not ready to change. All 3 of them are telling a story, his story... the first one is the young addicted Ronnie, the second one is him battling with the bad version of himself and trying to do better before time passes and loses precious time from his daughter etc... it's difficult to explain when English is not your first language 😂 but there is always a message in Ronnie's music...

Falling in reverse has been one of my favorite bands since the beginning! It's really been something else to watch them grow and evolve into the beast they are now!! Can't wait to catch them in concert with avenged sevenfold!! Now there's a band that'll have you throwing everything in the room Teddy!!

Some of us can relate to this on a really deep level, when I say “some of us” I mean me lol so yeah I’ve been an addict most of my adult life and I struggle with those demons daily. Ronnie is fighting them as well and it comes out in a lot of his music and that is something that garners a lot of attention from people like me. His lyrics can be interpreted in many different ways and that’s what music is all about. You interpret it how you want and make it fit your life or situation. It is art and he’s expressing his struggle. Good stuff my guy. Skål 🍻

I think the “don’t make me choose” is a back and forth between the part of him who wants to be on drugs and the part who doesn’t. It’s why the tone changes through out. It all starts good and fun but he slowly comes to a realization that he needs to change while battling with that side of him that’s saying “no, this is fine. It’s fun, don’t change, you’ll lose this part of yourself”. If you’ve been addicted to anything, you know that struggle. The biggest issue comes in when that discomfort of quitting comes in. Obviously discomfort varies wildly by the drug but, that’s what I get. It’s an internal dialogue.

The entire trilogy is about Ronnie's journey from addiction to his sobriety. The scene between Ronnie and the girl in silver is Ronnie's drug addiction. Basically she the spoon as she's dressed in silver and the black goo is supposed be black tar heroin which was Ronnie's drug of choice back then

Love the reaction vids man! I appreciate the enthusiasm & attention to detail in both lyrical & artistic (visual) sense. Ronathan puts a ton of Easter eggs in his videos. Some thoughs: 1) yes, complete the trilogy!! 2) i think the black vomit represents drugs/addiction, because afterwards he floats up into the sky glowing Yellow... float "high"...getting high... get it 3) in the speech he said "world would end", not "war would end". 4) now that you know 'today's Ronnie', you need to do a flashback to see where he came from. Do a double-review of "The Drug in Me Is You", then "The Drug In Me Is Reimagined". In that order! Trust me!

Bruh the next two songs just get better again and again within this trilogy. I dont dislike any of their songs but I like this one the least out of three. I'm eager to see your reactions to the next two my dude lol. Heads up you gotta let the music video play out til the end in the next two it's part of his storyline, just make sure to watch this ending before the next song so itll make more sense :) I thought for sure you wrte gonna make the connection with the lady and her tinfoil regurgitating the obsidian out from her beaks, I'm fkn dead I am laughing my ass off just thinking about it again while writing this, she does indeed represent some thing, ronathon has lots of open interpretations for his stuff so your definitly not wrong in that aspect but more like just missed a bit. She represents the spoon you would use with the black tar from her beaks which is heroin, and that was Ronnie's addiction when he was younger before he got incarcerated. So this song was kind of like that stage in his life as he states I'm not ready to change I'm doing my thang, and at the end after getting high, he literally got high into the heavenly scene he was floating into as like a way to indicate maybe an overdose or maybe his way to possibly "losing his life" lol. You're so damn smart and clever and it's why I love watching your reactions you make connections quickly and troubleshoot your thought process on the spot and it's a wonder to watch ❤
