Yes it's healthy, but it doesnt matter, the nutrients you miss by not eating 10 grams of fruit skin you eat in like 12 of actual fruit, skin is such a small portion that saying it's healthy is like saying every time one drinks water he should drink another 20 mls so he gets more hydrated

Just wanted to comment here after (probably) a year and a half to thank you for this video that led me to discover both the life series and hermitcraft. It got randomly recommended to me, I clicked on it without knowing any of the people involved, and now I've gotten to expierence two seasons of the life series as they came out as well as binge watch Grians hermitcraft videos and am now subscribed to both Jimmy and Grian. Sooo thank you for somehow helping me discover one of the most wholesome communities on KZbin, I am so happy that I found all these amazing creators to follow just because I once clicked on a random video with a title that meant nothing to me :)
