Nice job tommy, i like the live performance. The name of your garlic grinder is called a grater. You can also add the scrambled egg to your mixture towards the end of the process and it will cook inside. My griddle is on the way and then I will get to it. 😎🍻

First off, cool that you included the Weber! Your live cooking is definitely awesome! For 6 helps me when I try to recreate what you're cooking by seeing you actually in action. What can you say other than you nailed it! I still look back to when you made it on the E-Series, and even then, it was classic. Love the new channel, brother. The Griddler has done it again! Hey Tommy, one of my absolute favorite things, fried rice I’m partial to shrimp, but I like them all. Looked absolutely delicious. If it was any other day I’d probably run up to my local Chinese restaurant and get a carry out order but as luck would have it they’re closed on Sunday.🙁 I couldn’t agree more it definitely needs to be cooked on the griddle as soon as I get mine that’s probably one of the first things I’m going to cook is fried rice. which style I’d prefer that’s a tough one. I honestly like them both. I think the way of you mix them up works really well. so what I would suggest is do what is easier I’ve noticed you’ve done a ton of videos lately. I can barely keep up. I will watch them all and comment. It’s just gonna take some time. Don’t burn yourself out but definitely keep the videos coming.🙂 I know that’s not much help but trust your instincts they worked excellent so far have a great one🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍

I have to be honest and being Dutch with Indonesian in-laws. Also, my mom was married to a Dutch plantation owners son from Indonesia, in her 1st marriage, I'm from her 2nd marriage. Basically, I have been eating fried rice since I was fed solid foods. I was skeptical when you decided to use sticky rice.. and even more when peas showed up. But when you turned up the heat on the griddle and added the soy to deglaze and mixed it all back in. I went, ok.. not too bad. Please do me a favor and make this again just for you and your family and skip the butter. It doesn't need it. Even the oyster sauce is a bit edgy to me, but hey.. all good.
