@14:25 I wish the bolts would go from the inside out where the excess bolt would be to the outside of the griddle. When seasoning those corners my rag/paper towel gets caught on the bolts. I tried switching them, but there is a shoulder on the bolt that makes it go only one way. Not really a big deal. Other than that, my assembly was perfect. It is a very sturdy unit.

@@eltoronegro yea that’s on major design flaw for sure. However if your griddle is under a patio - covered deck or kept in the garage you don’t even need the lid.

It was fun to watch you with the assembley of the hood , I had the same issue but with a lot of F-bombs, would have been a lot easier with 2 people

Dude - u get it!! Getting those brackets inverted and needed two ppl at time would have been way easier. When did u get yours?

@@cheftimclowers about a week ago .I changed the wheels out first off the stock ones seemed a little flimsy. I also made a grease trap filter so I stop losing food in the hole

at 15:25 is the griddle surface loose and just laying in there? anything besides gravity holding it?
@cheftimclowers5 ай бұрын
@@ConchFritter73 correct. The griddle top itself is never bolted in place. It fits within the assembly mount. It’s very heavy though and won’t move once secured in place. I was on a bit of an uneven surface and had removed it a few times and had not fully put it back in place
