Sounds like modern jazz is calling your name. Or you are receiving transmission from the Sun Ra arkestra! The female vocalist is kicking it and Sun Ra really had it going on.

God i love Sun Ra & his Arkestra & they could play literally anything from far out space music to traditional jazz brilliantly & i think its great June Tyson adds a female voice to the whole myth otherwise its just his story.

I know it's a stretch, but if any french speaker can translate what ra was saying around 5:30 that would be awesome. Seems like he was in the middle of quite a quote when he was interrupted by the narrator's translation.

The narrator didn't translate what he was saying :/

Hello : at 5:30 french narrator is translating into french what he is hearing : Sunra is expecting discipline and relegious faith from his musicians, this is not an issue for him to play in New Orleans for fun . I think the french narrator in this documentary is making here is an basic translation, you can hear the singer first word in English then covered by French narrator.

"My idea is to interest people in discipline and precision, rather than so called freedom. Nothing in the universe can exist without discipline. And the human race has made a very great mistake...". And that's where the narrator cuts in. And Sun Ra's underlying philosophy deeply resonates with me. I wish I'd caught the last part of that sentence.
