I'm never disappointed by anything Sofie does. She's incapable of giving anything less than a brilliant recital just as Greig is incapable of writing anything of only average quality. Her phrasing and general musicality are always immaculate. She displays both tenderness and power with equal efficiency as called for by the composer. She can span periods from Baroque to more recent classics with consummate ease. We must never forget the accompanist either. They need to be every bit as skilful as the soloist.

I feel that Grieg is heavily underrated in music, his music has so much life and texture.
