Thank you!! I struggle with acceptance, I am fine for a while then I revert back to the other stages and I then I am fine again. At least I know it is normal.

Great information would love to share your info on my platforms. Totally give credit where it is due. Been Gluten Free for 14 years and probably should have seen this video years before that acknowledgment. Keep up the great work will send anyone that has questions your way

I end up sitting in restaurants & not eating cause I don’t want to be left out of the outing but I am secretly crying inside cause I’m hungry. Hardly any restaurants cater for coeliac’s here in Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 ( well, I can’t find many lol )

I am SO sorry this happens to you. I have heard Australia's approach to celiac and gluten-free living is fairly different from the USA.

I was diagnosed at 62 when I had a colonoscopy. I had weird right flank pain and they looked at my small intestine and found I have Celiac.
