All is forgiven. I wrote a comment about how angry I was that I did not believe we were being the full story. We are so invested in these two potatoes that we were in agony. This beautiful little dog is such an angel, so sweet and gentle. I just love her. I have prayed for her and I am SO happy to see her well. I know that feeling of terror (that's what it is) when your beloved dog takes ill, and you don't know what the future holds, and your mind starts spiraling into worst-case scenarios. Haru is a great example of how it doesn't always necessarily turn out badly, so take it moment by moment, pray and have faith that things will be alright. Thank you for the update on Haru. My girl had two surgeries 6 months apart. So heart wrenching to watch them go through IVDD. Haru and my girl, Lavender Lou, are so blessed to have made it through walking. Lavy had a cervical flare up this past November, but healed with meds and crate rest, thank goodness. Haru is lucky to have your family! ❤

So sad I’ve seen glimpses of Haru’s condition and it reminds me of my Blue. His hind legs weren’t working and in days he was paralyzed we took him to Neurologist and he was diagnose with having menengitis. He’s been in treatment ever since. I wish Haru the best life she can receive ❤

Thank you for sharing Haru’s journey. My Frenchie had corneal abrasions for 2 years. One infected his eye so bad he nearly lost it. He’s prone to random eyelashes growing in towards his eyes, but we keep them under control with periodic visits to the ophthalmologist and daily drops and eye lube. It’s the best day ever when they feel good enough to let their old spunky selves come out!!!! Yay Haru! And Yay Griffin for being a supportive brother!!!!

I'm sooo glad Haru is doing well and back to her happy self! As Haru's and Griffen's owners, you deserve a great deal of respect and admiration for taking such excellent care of you fur babies! So many people don't realize that health care is a huge part of the responsibility of owning animals. Vaccinations, spaying/neutering, dental care, and grooming are all costly, but truly necessary parts of taking good care of an animal. It's a heartbreaking situation to be in a situation of a pet needing expensive medical care and not having the cash to pay for it. They offer credit cards that are strictly for you pet medical care now. At least that provides an option for those that don't have the cash on hand to get their pet necessary or emergency treatment. The costs of spinal surgeries are very high! Haru needing surgery a second time, seeing her suffer through the pain and bearing that expense twice must have been really hard. Haru and Griffen are such lucky pups to have parents who take such great care of them! ❤🪷❤🪷❤
