I AM WONDER ABOUT THE UNIT VECTOR OVER HERE. WHEN I ASSUME A, B AND C ALONG i, j AND k UNIT VECTOR THEN IT GIVES ZERO ON BOTH SIDES OF THE EQUATION. ON THE OTHER HAND THE VECTOR PRODUCT IS NOT ASSOCIATIVE IF WE CONSIDER i, j AND j (UNIT VECTORS) FOR A, B AND C. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY IS IT SO

Why is it that you use the same vector so you only have 2 different variables? (Y), when the formula uses 3 variables (A, B, C)

They are just general vectors.

isnt there a simple way by taking a and b in the same direction and taking c in perpendicular direction? one side of the equation will be zero while the other side is non zero
