Today we're firing up our new Weber Jumbo Joe for some grilled boneless leg of lamb! We'll show you all of our steps for the cook, plus a recipe for a cutting board sauce that is perfect for grilled lamb, steaks, and anything else you slice up on a cutting board. Full recipes are below!

CUTTING BOARD SAUCE
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 fresh chopped minced hot pepper
Finely chop rosemary, thyme, and hot pepper. Add all ingredients to a coffee mug. When time to serve, pour board sauce on your cutting board, place meat on top, slice and then roll the sliced meat around in the board sauce. Enjoy!
