Hi David, I travelled once from Zagreb to Macedonia and I did a short stop in a small city called Kacanik about 30 Km from Skopje and I had some delicious Albanian food. these regions don't aim to store the food in commercial coolrooms and mainly sold in local markets or come freshly picked from local farms so its *ALWAYS FRESH!* food that you can smell and definitely taste! not plastic western food sending it out there ✌🇦🇱🇽🇰👐
