I have been serious thinking about getting a smoker. I really like the Yoder as well. My wife is not into smoked food. That’s not Necessarily stoping me from buying one I just not sure how often I will use it if I do. I’m not sure if I’m ready to pull the trigger on spending hundreds of dollars on a machine I might not use a lot.
