I have GOT to try this! The store bought pineapple salsa always seems too sweet for my taste (Newman's own, etc). Roasting everything just might be the secret I'm looking for!

sweet peppers turn out great when you smoke them. I usually throw whatever peppers are ready out of the garden on the grate when I smoke something. Onions should be awesome too now that I think about it.

Ooh, I bet the pineapple really kicks that up a notch. BTW, Fedex never showed up with the last dish you sent. I'm thinking they couldn't resist the wonderful aroma and ended up eating it themselves. Err, I'm so upset with them! LOL
