The white liquid is albumin and if it's coming out it means the salmon is cooking at too high of a temperature too quickly. I love the tip about scoring the skin!

Great dish! i love the mango salsa. Mango goes very well with fish and seafood. Very versatile. You can use it with yellow tail snapper, grouper, barramundi etc... and also great with prawns and Lobster!

this is a great salsa......I noticed the dial on your oven was on high......it should be between medium and high to avoid burning.....other than the burned skin, it looks amazing!

It's better to add black pepper at the end on the salmon when it has cooked, bcoz pepper tends to burn when u cook it.

Yeah I use honey instead of sugar in all of my recipes that call for sugar. And I feel so much better now that I'm actively trying to avoid added sugar in my food as much as possible. Yummy.

No the only real problem with salmon is is it to Bayou accumulator in the ocean goes out consumes a bunch of food and then returns back to where we catch it in a two-year. You mean it's good for you to talk since and heavy metals that it contained probably not so good

Quentin James you honestly don't need it for this recipe, the magoes can be pretty tart on their own. You can leave it without or add strawberries and balsamic vinegar
