Love your take on these adding the ancho and yuzu. They are foolproof to grow, easy as herbs, you should try it. Just some seeds in a pot, bit of sunshine, not much water, and you have loads of them before you know it. Gorgeous plant, too.

Shishito is a Japanese summer vegetable. When I lived in Japan, I sometimes cooked grilled shishito during summer. Now, I often cook it in the U.S. :) Shishitos in the U.S are cheaper than ones in Japan, and I can get ones at Asian supermarkets all year round. :) I usually cook it simply (I don't use yuzu). Just grill shishitos and season them with salt and pepper. I also really love shishito tempura.

I'm glad to see people make it, it's just a shame when they do their commercials - I mean, videos get worse. I think people were attracted to these videos because of the simplicity and practically of the videos. These commercials/vlogs are just too much, and I'm face forwarding to the cooking part. I would suggest Byron breaks up his videos, so his fanboys/girls can watch this crap, and those interested in cooking can watch these videos. The first half of this video sucked, no matter what anyone says.
