Grill the rice balls.
Crispy texture and ultra-simple sauce make it amazing
✤ Ingredients (5 portions)
-Rice 2 air
-Canned Tuna (85g)
-1 spicy pepper
-1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
-Black sesame, seaweed (optional)
✤ Sauce seasoning (rice spoon measurement)
-Soy sauce 2
-Cooking Wine 1
-Oligosaccharide 1 (or sugar 0.7)
✤ Making
① For canned tuna, remove oil and add mayonnaise 1 and chopped spicy pepper
② Add a tablespoon of tuna to the rice and shape it
③ Put rice in a pan with cooking oil and bake over low heat.
④ Apply the sauce to the baked parts and turn over again
⑤ Finish by spraying black sesame or parsley (optional)
✤ TIP
-If you eat with a child, you can add pickled radish instead of spicy pepper
-If you bake for a long time, the rice becomes hard, so if the rice is slightly baked, turn it over immediately
-If you apply the sauce, it burns quickly, so check it often.
