We eat a lot of canned fish, including tuna, but grilled tuna steaks are only a two or three times a year treat. Hahaha! I thought you were done with the rain and flooding, Brother Sid!

Rain rain rain, same weather up here. I love fish tacos but these Tuna steak tacos are next level. Sear for 1 minute each side is plenty, that’s how a Tuna steak should look. Nice job Rob ! Have a great rest of your week …. Boom ! Man SK2 is maturing right before our eyes. ✌️

Thanks Don. We enjoy the rain and a break from 90F plus temps. Everything tastes better grilled over charcoal or wood but the cast iron did a good job indoors. Came out what we like to say is sushi style. LOL Both the boys have grown up so fast.
