What works well with this tune is also everything bagel seasoning. Try it you'll love it.

Just use the griddle on the Sidekick. Same result, less hassle.

Looks delicious. I have never cooked tuna. What about searing them on grill grates? Do you think it would work?

how did you prevent flies from coming around the food? that, in itself is impressive

Most excellent! Haven't had sashimi grade tuna in like forever (got kinda turned off by it sitting there, on ice, but open aired and gets that turpentine sheen look to it). Time to go back to the counter, even if I need them to bring a cryovaced frozen one out. Oh, and where was the wasabi in that dip? ;-)

Marinating as I post this. I can't believe how easy this recipe is. I've made it before with just soy sauce on the 1 steak and wasabi on the other marinated for 3 hours. I'm actually excited to eat this tonight. More to come...... So my steaks came out superbly.! I can't post videos and pics on here but they are up on Instagram. I bow before thee!! Thanks tons for a wonderful meal.

None of them say what sauce they use at the end.

Leaving the tuna or any fish with lime and the sodium of the soy sauce will cook it. Marinating it for 4 hours is way too much and the tuna got cooked inside, that’s why it looks white and pale instead of the vivid red of a fresh tuna
