You can make more if you dont fill up the cups when pouring it. Also buy more tables or chairs for the bar. Can gain more customers. To be more busy.

I forgot to mention it in the comments of the last video, but when the person who emailed you (the mayor?) talked about the workers, they called them “work horses.” So I assume that’s why the next day when the workers came in it was wall to wall horse heads. 😂 What a strange, charming game. I’m glad you figured out the problem with the reviews at the end there. It wouldn’t have even occurred to me to check that. But maybe now your reviews will get better. I really enjoy this game. The balance between making new alcohol and running a chaotic pub all by yourself is really well done. I hope you keep coming back to this.

If you hold the cups in your hand as you fill them up you can see how much beer you are giving them a full cup is 500ml

I'm guessing when they ask for an apa they mean any of the pale ales. Typically how it is in most bars when you ask for an apa. They could also be specifying the American pale ale as the apa...... it is what it stands for after all....... Also if intrested why not do a specific glass for each brew? Love watching your videos by the way ive even gotten my family into watching them.

when you have the recipe up, it says ctrl+scroll in the bottom left corner of the recipe. could it be to change the amount on the recipe?

When you make the beers the recipe is for 5 to 10L so you dont need to add mor ingredients, the alcohol percentage just goes down. That may be why you are getting lower stars.
