Marko Grilc and Eero Ettala hit up Zürich for one of the largest freestyle snowboarding competitions in Europe, Freestyle.ch, and tear up the perfect jumps. Then right after the competition, they go to the skatepark before missioning it out to Halifax, the countryside of England, where they spot an amazing dry slope just waiting to be broken in.

I live in the Uk, 10mins away from an indoor ski slope (Hemel Snow centre) that's where I train when I'm out of season, otherwise I'm in Switzerland ;)

Drive up to scotland and there are some real nice indoor slopes(not dry slopes but real snow)

At least skiing on dry slopes in the uk is better than in the Netherlands. We have around 30 meters of dry slopes

i have tried skateboarding myself, but not yet tried snowboarding... i can see the resemblance with the two. they both seem very similar in different ways- i could though see snowboarding being MUCH harder than skateboarding!!!(:

You can snowboard in Scotland they have resorts

That slope was awful when i went, dunno if dryslopes are just harder but i couldnt even turn or slow myself without the board slipping from under me. Nice seeing yorkshire getting some attention tho. Next stop , castleford xscape
