Well, 12. In my take of the series, Ansem is the leader and he wanted to keep his Organization short. And he made 12 his maximum. He and Xemnas agreed on inviting Demyx back into their ranks, now that Saïx is no longer on their side. And Ansem already discovered the form of Anti-Aqua and thought of making a Replica of that form, alongside Terranort and another Dark Riku. The only other members that knew about this situation are Xigbar (Luxu) and Luxord All will be explained in the extended, probably a better version of the Christmas Project I made last year, now into a Final Mix version
