Psychopomps have quickly become one of my favourite things from Pathfinder 2e I *highly* recommend watching OSP's Trope Talk: Personifying Death ALSO, Battlezoo will have a psychopomp ancestry for PF2e in October in their "Year of Legends"

Ah. I designed a third caster Monk: Psychopomp. Necromancy/Conjuration Wiz Spell List. Designed around Tiny Servant OR Tsukumogami. Essentially a Pet Class of a tool or tiny object that gains temporary sentience via its own soul that gains their own Ki pool that matches yours upon "summon." They also use Shields for their Spellcasting Focus and ignores Monk features.

this reminds me of my homebrew race in 5e, and i'd love to play it in pf2e (or play pf2e to begin with). A hellhound, mechanically is just a glorified shifter, but lore wise i took the "guardian" types of stories of hellhounds, guardians of cemeteries and such. And the story of the character i was playing is that he was essentially a exorcist/therapist for the undead, where he'd search and "hunt" down the more intelligent undead liek wights, wraiths, ghosts etc and help them pass on peaceful into the next life, freeing them of their maddening immortality. "You mortal fools, i will drain your fleshy bodies until they are nothing but a husk! And you shall raise your remains to join my undead army." "It's ok, it's not your fault, i'm here for you. It's time to move on."

A guide/compainion for the dead, Think The Grim Reaper, Charron the boatman, those Valkeries who walk you to Valhalla, etc. An agent for death to watch over those who met their end.
