I love the addition of some extra rules, Stealth Move instantly made things a bit more interesting

Yeah it definitely allows you to play a little more aggressively and to push objectives a little harder!

Just started watching. Love the opening and the sun-burnt nose on Shane... oh man. It's fucking freezing up here in the Northern Hemisphere, Homies. Send some of that heat this way. lol.

Even SPF 50+ isn't enough. We've had a few warm days down here, so would happily send some of it your way!

I love OPR firefight, it’s a great game that is quick to play and doesn’t need many miniatures

Such a fun game, we definitely need to play it more often. Thanks for watching!

Looking forward to the three parter, adding more rules each game is really going to help me. I’ve only just got into One Page Rules and I’ve enjoyed your other battle reports on the GDF.

Glad to hear homie! It's a great system to start basic and expand upon the rules.

Add Command Points to ur games. It definitely make the game feel a lot more tactile and easy to implement
@hobbyhomies9 ай бұрын
Even a Command Point Reroll would be handy!
@dnte6669 ай бұрын
@@hobbyhomies yeah it’s not overpowered at all as well. Feels extremely intuitive. Adds just a slight edge to tactics and thought process in activations minus a bunch of rule bloat that can confuse you.

Drones attached to units are no extra models, although they can be used as a token to indicated there is a drone there

Like this format, saw your later videos first with the multiple cameras! Great stuff! When you banter with each other it would be preferable to have both people on screen (Splitscreen).
@hobbyhomies3 ай бұрын
It's funny you mention that, our latest battle report for Age of Fantasy Quest has just this! We run a live edit so everything is done live on the fly, so a side by side or split screen wasn't really feasible, but have recently upgraded our equipment to cater for 8 inputs and we're making the most of it!

One Page Rules is so great. I thought I was the only one who is using Haqqislam units for One Page Rules. My squad are a Human Defense Force. Definitely gotta try them as Guerrillas. Wife also kicks my ass. I hate her Necrons 😂

The top-down visual is the most horrible thing that a viewer can see in a tabletop game video. I suggest you to use them very sparely, because they annoy fast and nobody is here to see top down circles.. See other successful channels, they all use some kind of isometric views most of the time, often using hand-camera or similar where the action belongs. If you think you can play as you would normally, and produce a successful gameplay video of it by putting 2-3 cameras on static positions.. i think it's not how it works. You need someone with a camera in his hand 100% of the time, capturing the action on the field with isometric view. Just my 2 cents, have a nice day
@hobbyhomies2 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching homie. Definitely agree, top down is very difficult and our latest battle reports we have implemented a six camera system to capture the over all action and the close ups
