This specific Grimard will always be one of my favorites. It is stated within the text that the creature outside of Apple Bloom‘s window is not the real Fluttershy, but some kind of twisted mockery. But never do we have an inkling of an idea on what it is. The closest it could be is a changing, but even then, if it were a changing, it would probably try to replace Apple bloom on of the nights the window was open. The only information we have is that it leaves behind a smell of decay and it smells of sulfur.
