TY GDN , its alvvays good to get more lore on the sisters of silence , especially as GVV has given us models of them. Like many other Imperial fans I'm still vvaiting for the nevv plastic Sisters of Battle to come out . Theres a part of me that finds real appeal in having a force of pretty looking vvomen that kick ass as part of their army. It can also be demoraliing to an opponent to be told that their elite unit " Got beat by a bunch of girls !" , for some reason they just dont roll the dice so good for @ least 2 turns & anyone reading this is vvelcome to try it next game, just please reply to the comment as I'd like to keep track of hovv vvell this tactic vvorks, ty

I really wish some of these BS mysteries around certain organizations would be cleared up by GW. Clearly the Sisters of Silence have been recruiting, otherwise they'd be extinct at this point. Some of us authors want to pen a definitive story that involves them, how are we to understand how to write it correctly for canon if they refuse to clarify the nebulous nature of it all?

The Lore has gradually changed over time ever since Rogue Trader when there weren't even Primemarchs. And some of the newer books that pretty much state that some Sisters of Silence continue to work on the Black Ships, some were in Inquisitors entourages while others waged a secret war against warp influence without the knowledge of the other organizations.

Also some of the lore is left intentionally vague so the fans can create their own back stories for their armies and characters. GW has pretty much stated that the identities of the two missing Primarch's will never be revealed so that you can fill in the gaps.

​@@bryanskscion2229 Oh I can understand that. I'm not saying set everything in stone. But at least set some of the fundamentals of the setting more solidly. More properties of the Warp, for example: Can parts of it be isolated, like with an inverted Gellar Field? Is it absolutely nucking-futz? Or can something make areas of the Warp less batshit bonkers? Do all Psykker powers result in premature death, mutation, or Ruinous corruption? Are there natural 'areas' of the Warp that are free of the taint of Chaos? I have a slew of questions about myriad other topics, and most of them have no documentation on wiki-entries or official sources.

@@WynterLegend I can understad your point , vvanting some detail as vvell to flesh it out. i think that in this case using both inquisition & Sisters of battle lore might help in creating some covincing bback story. If you can i'd find another vvriter interested in doing the same & have the both of you hash out some details & both include it in a fevv short stories, this vvay readers vvill see some continuity going on & more vvill adopt it. & vvhat you vvork out just might become cannon

@@rogerwhite9484 Perhaps in my next literary endeavor, I will do just that. I've had a story brewing for some time, involving a running study of the galaxy and it's overall mechanics. My only misgiving is that the canon claims there are no more Perpetuals. I could easily ignore that, but it almost seems gouche to do so.
