True! Unless it's for safety reasons, I don't quite understand why some people don't allow filming. I've never heard of this place and I don't live in Utah, but I've added it to my list if I ever visit. I've gone to so many places that I would've never known but learned about from various vloggers. It's basically free marketing. Everybody wins.

I am a 70 y o lady that loves this channel. This was my most favorite Grimmlifecollective reviews of a haunt. I am so easy to startle, that I could never see a place like this. I too love seeing the layouts, the artwork, costumes and intricate working that was shown here. A wonderful build. The fact that they are using recycled goods is an admirable thing. So thank you Jessica and Michael for allowing me to enter a place that I could never traverse personally. Your homework on historical trips are so informative. Mr. Mossman talking about getting the most use out of the actors reminds me of the 1st year I worked at a haunt. I was in an area (part of a trail in the woods) with 1 other guy. I would be leaning/laying over a metal barrel, not moving. People would come through, focused on me, when the guy I worked with would rush out of the woods and tell the people to "wait. Hold on." And pick up a fake snake that he had kept in water. Now, the line of people is so freaked out by him that once they got to me, I'd pop up, scream and hit the side of that barrel with a fake bone. And the people scream and run away. Good times.

Alright I’ll admit! I’m a scare actor myself and I thought the sets and rooms were amazing at the haunt I work at, and I’ve visited many Halloween attractions during my life time, but this one! THIS ONE IS THE BEST I’VE SEEN SO FAR!!! Like I’ve always wanted to visit the ultimate Halloween attraction it’s always been a dream of mine (or nightmares lol) to visit one, and this is it!! This place is just massive. So many different themed rooms. My favorite room has to be the one with the shifting almost breathing walls. It’s disorienting and the engineering is very impressive.

There used to be like an 8 story swirly slide at the top of the cat walk. It's too bad they took it out. It was like sliding down the inside of a light house or a castle tower. It was quite disorientating. There was no way to tell how long or high it was from the top or inside.

The tunnel with the collapsing/expanding walls and ceiling was truly unique. Coupled with all the stairs, I bet it would be very disorienting in the dark.

I also was like happy appreciative tears in the indoor-outdoor cemetery & appreciated your walk through! Your tour guide & care taker Mr M. WHAT a great actor!!! He was excellent in touring it and stayed in his creepy character which he gets an A+ for. (Can you imagine staying over night there knowing he might also be?! 😳😱😱😱) Anyhow, just AWESOME 👏🏻. Thank you so much to the owners. I’m curious to know the cost to get it to where it is at the moment. Seems a small fortune, foam walls or not. I lived in Utah 4 years close enough to SLC & never heard of it (may have seen billboards but thats about it). So, he will probably get more customers with your ‘free exposure.’ Hope so. If I had more disposable income, I would definitely take that behind the scenes tour in lieu of doing the actual walkthrough. I don't enjoy being scared for the most part, but I love walking through haunts and seeing the craftsmanship of the sets and the effects. That's why my all time favorite attraction is the Disneyland Haunted Mansion. Spooky and fun but not outright scary. Thank you for showing this amazing place off. I only live 15-20 minutes away and would go if I wasn't such a scaredy cat. My jaw literally dropped when you rounded the corner and showed the cathedral area that's right before the cemetery. Such incredible work from this team.
