GRIND Support: Adjusting the Funnel

Just got my unit Wednesday October 19th, waisted 2 workouts trying to get the telescopic poles to slide, 2 where jammed into each other, locking pins bent, and the do not slide out very well. Without the net fully operational it does not work. With that being said, I can see myself using this tool for hours. It is portable! It stows away nice and if the poles worked can be easily set up quickly. The cost would be worth it, other than the poles it is well built. My hope is the grind will send me replacement poles ASAP so that I can fully enjoy this tool. Needs a little tweaking.

My machine doesn’t look like this. I waited 9 months and still got no adjusting straps. The funnel hangs too low and the ejector arm hits the bottom. The ball gets deflected.

Mine came with a black net with no adjustable straps is this normal or am I missing something?
