We have visited Switzerland in two consecutive years. The second trip was 4 years ago. We stayed in the village of Grindelwald that was the our favorite spot. I must admit I see this video a few times, more frequently than I look at my own photos. Grindelwald and its surroundings are breath-taking, staggeringly beautiful. There is no word for its beauty and greenery. Thanks for the video.

Beautiful day to see all this but I am getting dizzy from the camera! So many people hiking - more than cows up in the high pastures! I was here many many years ago and rode the chair lift up to the First Mountain and loved it. Heard about a trail and thought that would be a great hike!

Perhaps you may want to consider typing your journey for viewers so they know what they are viewing eg. 1) Lauterbrunnen to Grindelwald by train (2) Grindelwald to First by cablecar (3) hike to Bachalpsee etc (4) First Cliff walk....

kiwi tandon - this is up the First gondola in Grindelwald; I was there a couple of weeks ago - it really Looks like this - it’s beautiful. The view were mostly by Shreckfeld, the intermediate station before you get to the summit. The cliff walk is at the sunmit

Comparing my pictures taken in 1969 and 2018, it is alarming to see how far the glaciers have retreated. But the walk from First to Schynige Platte is one of the great walk in Europe - 16 kms.

hi Denis your videos have been so informative. i have watched many of your videos, however couldnt find one that starts from milan to lake como and then interlaken. as getting there through train, excuse me if this sounds silly but i am still trying to figure out the best routes and also maximising our limited time in switzerland. we want to base in interlaken and head to jungfrau one route,come back another route, try to fit in harder kulm as well. day two, we take a day trip to lucerne and bern. are both possible in three days?
