@ Yeah, just hope your commander didn’t get killed as well and make sure to activate commander mode so the commander can operate the turret, otherwise they’re just operating the CITV

@ Bit of fair warning: commander sights on tanks are always different so you’ll have to compensate for how finicky it can be when it comes with lining up the barrel. Most if not all MBTs have commander sights on the right side of the tank so you’ll place your crosshairs on target, and move your camera a bit (or more) to the left to get the actual barrel on the enemy. But when range finding using commander mode, your commander sight and barrel will parallax, so the sight that you see will move to the right, but the barrel will align to the center of your screen. Sorry if what I typed didn’t make sense or was a bit too confusing, but it’ll make sense in practice.
