I spent several hours with Mark Zuckerberg for this piece - including at Meta HQ and his home in Lake Tahoe. I learned so much about how he thinks, and his personal evolution as a leader - and huge bonus, he taught me how to wake surf! You will have to watch to see how I do😊

I thought it's a different thing at first then i read this 👇😅 The Turing Test is a deceptively simple method of determining whether a machine can demonstrate human intelligence: If a machine can engage in a conversation with a human without being detected as a machine, it has demonstrated human intelligence.

Zucks whole AI is developed so you are using his services more and hanging even longer amounts on your phone, people should keep that always in mind. It being "open source" doesnt make him a great person (like some suggested), because we should always look at the purpose behind it... having all these artifical conversations with influencers isnt so you "feel connected" it is so you spend more time on instagram, facebook and maybe even whatsapp. All while he himself realized whats important for humans in life: Spending more time in nature and being active, less time on your phone. Meanwhile you are having these synthetic conversations without a real person on the other side, where you are revealing more data about yourself, that he can then use for his advertising business. For me this is a little bit hypocritical and even kind of dystopian.

@@PickleWickle92Of course, companies can be blamed for being greedy as well. By your logic, every negative aspect of human nature should be corrected on an individual level but not at the corporate level? Jokes aside, I really value that mark is being the champ and making the AI models open source. As an AI student myself, this is so valuable for us to learn from. It's so cumbersome that OpenAI - hence its name - is closed source, which results in people not being able to learn from those very well-working models trained with high-end hardware.

7:12 Mark should also point out when asked this question is that many people like hanging out in those virtual worlds because their real lives could be miserable and not as thrilling, so being somewhere virtual and immersive can bring them that joy that in their real life surroundings or life style just isn't possible.

A benefit of open source AI is that many companies are unwilling to give information to Google or OpenAI. So if they can download a model, put it on their Intranet, secure it, now they can start building their own platform.

It's a common misconception that when a stock you buy skyrockets, the smart thing to do is sell it (or at least sell some of it) to lock in your profits. But the context matters. If the stock has increased sharply because the business is performing exceptionally well, it could still be a bargain. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $350K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...
