if you want to try something better than carnitas....go to the versailles neighborhood in puerto vallarta and go just past bario bistro to "puerco de oro" and get the pork belly tacos. it is one of the best tacos on this planet and served on blue corn tortillas.....its a true locals secret in vallarta
