Top quality, reliable, barista development espresso machine. One year later, 2000 espresso/cappuccinos later, 40kg of bean later, what's the verdict? Is the Bezzera BZ10 worth the $2500 AUD initial purchase? I think so!

So many things go wrong while making the shot. The coffee is not distributed and gets tamped. So please even if you only tap a few times and distribute it vertikal with tapping the portafilter on your counter space... And PLEASE do not tap the tamper against the portafilter after tamping, that creates channels and because of that the espresso flows not evenly. Look at the spout, it comes like in waves... Beside all that... the intro was sick 😂💪🏻

What is the difference between the BZ10 and BZ13. About the same price.

Looks like the BZ13 is a newer model. Extended warming tray, toggle switch exchanged for push button and 2 versions, fully manual (PM) and a semi automatic (DE). Both machines look great and I imagine have similar performance to the BZ10. I don’t have the BZ13, have not used it so my summary is from info in other KZbin videos. Let me know if you buy one.

how is it possible that the coffee flows while the pressure is still rising ?

I think the way it works, there is a boiler and a pump. The pressure can rise independently of the pump. Both the extraction and the steamer can be operated at any pressure. Obviously, the quality of the extraction and the steam pressure will vary according to the pressure in the boiler. The more steam you use, the longer the extraction, the more the pressure reduces. I find as long as the pressure is somewhere is the range of 1 to 1.7 bar, you get a good result. Needless to say, staying at the higher end is better. This all means, you can do a double shot extraction and steam milk for 2 cups at the same time. Hope this helps.

It's the original shower screen in the group head. In fact, I will be publishing another video in a few weeks (June 2022) on another clean out of the group head and a technique to clean the shower screen with ease rather than replacing it. Thanks for watching and commenting.
