​@zedryelmeldrygor1070 it was a joke nd because I'm 150lbs nd I get over 210 lbs on my left nd 190ish with my right. I got the metal dynamometer tho because the plastic ones can change alot when you adjust the distance of the handle.

I've gotten that high before I messed my finger nd wrist up now mixed with work I have to try nd take it easy for a week or 2 but can hit low 200s it just hurts nd re-injures it for awhile. I haven't been able to armwrestle for months either. Believe what u want and I get it that alot of ppl lie or exaggerate online but I don't. When were done this siding nd deck job ill try nd take a break nd record it when I do it nd send it to you somehow but I don't want nor plan to put any videos of myself online. If im fresh I can close a 138 rgc gripper as well. I was hoping to have healed by now, so I cld finally get my coc#3 closed (only 142rgc) nd have closed it with under 1 years training but I've been injured for like 8-9 months now

It needs to be adjustable because the differnce in hand effects the reading majorly

I'm an armwrestler myself, from Jacksonville FL , i beat my max yesterday on the dynamometer with a grip of 189.4 lbs, i was 0.6 lbs away from the 190 club, i'm going to reach it soon.

I'm 5'7 (now cuz of back injury) 165lbs 33yrs old and last I checked mine was 182..I didn't do much grip or lifting in general but do manual labor. I have started recently tho w a goal to eventually get 200lbs or better
