ah nice one, good to see you are still inviting these athletes.

For those who don't know, this guy is super close to Laletin (world record holder) in crushing grip strength. These 2 are far ahead of anyone else.
@Kalevi08 ай бұрын
No they are not. There is two people ahead of them. And Tobias hasn't trained that device for 1.5 years

Don’t think that’s true there’s several people between Tobias and Vitaly? Unless you’re talking about just arm wrestlers

To be fair, i believe there should be different handle sizes for different hand lengths as anyone who has long hands/fingers has an distinct advantage with the inch bells.
@saxon89818 ай бұрын
It's not that simple
@caletoews49068 ай бұрын
That defeats the purpose
@mxextxaxl3938 ай бұрын
-.- The inch dumbbell has a set handle thickness. It’s all about grip strength to get through the thickness of the handle and it wanting to rotate out of your hand. Yes longer fingers are an “advantage” but if your grip strength isn’t there it doesn’t matter. Tobias has an 8.5” hand which is larger than average but it’s nothing ridiculous. It’s pretty much raw grip strength.

Thoughts on using one hand through the whole range of motion of the gripper? Everyone I see begins with two hands, squeezing it to near shut, then use the one hand to finish closing it.

Is there a small version of Inch dumbbell for us weak folks? 😅 Great video Bader I wish to be there in the dungeon one day.
@GripAlawadhi8 ай бұрын
Yup just got a 30Kg Inch dumbbell from Nathan Holle along the 24Kg and 30Kg Blob. You are always welcome here. Edit: You are not weak. You are weaker than the top athletes. Big difference. You can close a CoC #2.5 so that's better than 99% of the world.
@ARMWRESTLINGNEWZ8 ай бұрын
@@GripAlawadhi I will try the 2.5 brother. Right now I am not close. But I can close the #2 almost everyday
@shakya008 ай бұрын
@@GripAlawadhi Love the way you contextualize strength performance. Some people aren't able to understand that being weaker than elite athletes doesn't mean that you are weak, especially when your performances are way better than the average guy !
@GripAlawadhi8 ай бұрын
@@ARMWRESTLINGNEWZ The #2 is also way beyond average person. That I can assure you off.

@NikoCv-car_lift_strongman Hey there. Sorry not open to public. There isn't anywhere something similar but the best you can get is at Strong gym. They have few grippers and few grip handles to train with. Maybe also at the Dungeon Gym. But that's it.

Why you Never got him to try the tool that measure your grip?
@michaellopez20708 ай бұрын
Inch didn't use chalk, to my knowledge. I think a lot of grip guys could do some feats without chalk, but they would have to take into consideration weather conditions, changes in the iron, etc. like a rock climber does with rock.

Tobias said he has a COC#3.5 that he cant close (which makes it like 180 rgc) since he closed a 171 rgc #3.5. A COC#4 is on average 205-215 rgc so its way above his current strength.
