Grissini are crunchy bread sticks with their rustic and uneven appearance coming from the hand stretch process. Probably one of the most famous foods know outside Italy. In this video I show how to make the Classic ones and also a flavored version: Here are the ingredients:
For the dough:
500 gr All Purpose Flour
8 gr of Salt (About a Teaspoon)
1 Tsp of Malt Extract, Sugar or Honey
280 ml of Warm Water
50 gr (3 1/2 Tbsp)
Semolina Flour for hand stretching
