I saw your site for a split second it it would greatly benifit you to move your whole site housing down and get your pins into the middle of the appature. Our eyes naturally want to center things, peep to site housing being a prime example. The pins being in the middle just speeds up target aquisition and will help with accuracy to. I’m guessing it’s to allow more light to his eye when looking in the peep and to not block his line of sight to the deer completely. I use a Schaffer opposition site for that reason though.

As soon as you said the whole group came down, I knew you was from michigan lol, I am also , been in ohio 25 years now. The buck growth rate this year is better this year by far in my opinion. Good luck when yall get here . I will be up there chasing salmon in a few weeks.

I'm a Ohioan heading to your state the 2nd week of November, good luck here in Flatbush Appalachia, we don't have the huge amount of land to hunt like in your state, but we have more deer per square mile, you should have a good time, I've been hunting Tar Hollow State Forest for decades, looking to hunting Shawnee State Forest next season. Where are you going, if you don't mind me asking?

@@aw4088 that was one of the places we was going to check out there was another area down in conesville i think that’s the name of the town. We are so excited this trip is a big deal we never do anything like the odds of us getting a deer are slim but to go to a state that i have always wanted hunt for 20+ years will be worth the experience and make memories that’s what it’s about getting a deer is a bonus
