I wanted a nasty combo to do with sauron on the stack and here's what I came up with (alert! this thing is toxic as hell) you go on enemy's endstep to discard x=3 with insidious dreams, getting on top of library 1 land(or sol ring)-scholar of the lost trove-worldfire in this order then you draw, play sauron, mill and reanimate scholar, cast worldfire, exile the entire board and setting everyone's life total to 1 and then sauron resolves entering the battlefield. Goodluck to the opponents then..

Release to the Wind - for 3 mana it will protect your commander from a target removal + summon him back without paying his mana cost (triggering his abilities again). Possibly the best card out there in my opinion. Its also budget (.50 cents)

I'm gonna use ''Suspend'' as well.

@@SlotCurrentlyEmpty suspend doesn't work as you play the card, and don't cast it, so Sauron won't trigger

I want to do a reanimate deck using the 9 Nazgûl’s, and this might be the one I do!!

Sauron the necromancer is good commander for this as well!

Lol I'm a newer player, been playing about 6 months, and have been trying to make that work for about 4 months. Each version I build gets slightly better, but it isn't quite there still lol. Can't seem to get creatures into my graveyard fast enough to reanimate them before my opponents have gotten a bit too far ahead, but I think this video might finally get me there lol

kairi, the swirling sky is amazing in this deck. You can one side board wipe all tokens all opponents controls plus 6 additional mana worth of cards or you can mill 7 and add back 2 reanimation spells or whatever you need. Repeat the process by constantly bringing it back. Kairi token with feldon of the third path is really disgusting, even more so if you have anger in GY to do it all in one turn. She evens comes with selfprotection with ward 3

Amazing videos, i was looking for à decklist that is focused on getting huge creatures back from the grave and i just bought most of your recommended cards. If you had more budget for this deck, what would you change/add ?
@commanderbydaenen Жыл бұрын
Glad I could help! Usually increasing the budget means improving the mana base. Fetches, shocks, a triome, Bondlands, and the new Innistrad Slowlands are my go-tos. If you have at least 5 or 6 fetches, often a Crucible of Worlds can be good. Cyclonic Rift, Tutors, Rhystic Study are also great cards. But now you're looking at $300-400 more.

Can I use Sauron the dark lord instead
@aklepatzky Жыл бұрын
Is this on a budget or timmy power? Recommending Crumbling necropolis and not even a triome..
@commanderbydaenen Жыл бұрын
As I stated in the video, the Patron asked for the list to be under $300.

@@commanderbydaenenI think people used to hypothetical decks or online decks forget how absolutely ludicrous the prices are sometimes on the decks they make.
