Күн бұрынThe Bear Trail on 29 Octobre 2022 will be the 10th edition of this trailrun in the Belgian Voer-region (Fourons). This year will be the 5th edition of the Grizzly 100, an ultratrail of 100K - 3000D+, through the Voer-region, across the border of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany to the Three Border Point and back. Besides the 100k there is also the 83k and the traditional 58k, 39k, 25k and 16k trails. The 2022 edition also was the Dutch Ultra Trailrunning championship.

ja, met name het begin en einde in het donker is wat tricky...
