Salute and respect from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada! I watched your video on my TV with my wife and came here to leave this message and to subscribe. We both loved your video and narration as it had moments of success and disappointment just like an average traveler has. Very different from others. Your experience came as both solace and encouragement. Thank you for sharing!

Excellent video! One thing I learned after I got back last year and being unhappy with the clarity was issues with heat haze. It’s a thing and it will make your images like dull and muddy. Like all my wolf shots shot at mid-day with an 800mm. And getting to see 399! Well done.

I spotted something cool in your video: @ 21:41 is a photographer named Steve Mattheis in his car. He also has a successful KZbin channel. Great video!

Had an encounter with 399 and her cub last June. Never got a great photo of Spirit as he stayed in the tall grass, but did get some good photos of 399.

Hello, amazing video. I think I was at the Tetons the same day as you. I saw the same animal in the water at Schwabacher Landing and asked the park ranger and was told Muskrat.

It's a beaver. They are pretty common to the area.

Try flying into Bozeman MT it's a two-hour drive to Yellowstone and then another 50-minute drive into the Grand Tetons.
